Why have sky made it so ridiculously hard to speak to anyone? I spend so much money!!

I have an issue with my sky q mini box.  I've tried all the help online and nothing is working.  All I want is to speak to someone yet you seem to have made that absolutely impossible? Customer services for sky used to be fantastic, now it's a joke

Nothing to do with "us" as we are all customers here.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@KP35  Yes but even they are not responsible for the IVR system.
