I have been billed forSky signature , but I have Sky q

Sky Signature is the current minimum 'base' pack that you must have to watch SKy on Sky Q.

In order to use Sky Q you'd need some sort of TV package. Sky Signature is the base package which gives Sky TV channels.

Unless you're using the Q box for Freeview & are just expecting to pay  for the Recording/Time shift feature.

As a paying Sky TV customer the as Sky Signature is the basic package you do have to have this on your account so this is why you are seeing it on your bill.

Do they allow this with Q? You used to be able to with a HD box but I thought they'd stopped that?

@Colin0000 yes it's called Sky Essentials and the normal price is £15 per month
