Why have Sky stopped offering HDR content on Sky Q?
I have had no HDR content available to download or access via Sky Q apps for several weeks where previously I did.
My Sky Q settings have not changed - 2160p 10-bit colour. Same for my receiver and TV. I can access HDR content via my TV's apps.
I spoke to a support agent and they confirmed they no longer offer HDR content. Why did they never notify customers about this change?

Hi @Daban+Urnud
HDR still seems available here.
For example I am currently watching The Penguin on Sky Atlantic.
Downloads are available in UHD HDR

Re: Why have Sky stopped offering HDR content on Sky Q?
I have double checked the settings on my TV, receiver and Sky Q again and everything is the same as when I previously could access HDR content. Do I need to speak to customer service and ask them to reinstate it?

What an embarassingly bad and inaccurate response from the support agent.
No way to not have HDR access if you have UHD though.
I would try a power cycle of the Q and make sure it's still happy at 10bit.

Hi @Daban+Urnud
HDR isn't something that can be removed or reinstated.
It's part of UHD content where HDR is included.
If you cannot receive it and you have a UHD subscription then the issue somehow is with your connections.
You mention Receiver in your post. What is this and how is it connected.

Hi @Daban+Urnud Would you please confirm your Hardware Version - 32B0, 32B1 or 32B2. Look in the Settings, System info.
