Why does my sister get itv London instead of meridian in west sussex

My sister lives in West Sussex and should get ITV Meridian but get's London how can she resolve this

The local news channels are based on the postcode for the account address. Sometimes, if there's a technical difficulty at a studio, the host channel such as ITV will move to another areas news. An example of this would be a fire alarm at the studio requiring an evacuation.
