Why does my SKY box switch itself off everyday in the early hours of the morning?

Everyday, I have to go downstairs in order to switch on my SKYQ box so that I can view my minibox multiscreen in my bedroom. Similarly, I cannot view any recordings on my computer via SKYGo without first going downstairs and turning back on my SKYbox that I didn't turn off.  Surely my SKYbox should not keep switching itself off?

See this link regarding your box being in eco mode therefore goes into standby between approximately 0230 until 0545

Thanks to Daniel 0210 for his answer to my question. In settings, select select setup then preferences and then change eco to active, that way, the SKY Q box does not switch off and therefore your mini box will remain connected the the SKY Q main box.
