Why do I keep getting problem with your satellite message on ITV and other channels?

I have re-booted both Sky and Sky mini many times. There are now many channels we can't view. Do I need an engineer visit?

Either 'no satellite signal' or ' there is a problem with this channel'

the error message varies between the two

No satellite signal usually indicates your dish may be out of alignment but before you arrange an engineer have a look at this link
