Why do I have to turn off the tv at te mains to get the q boxes in other Rooms working?

When I get up in the morning the Q boxes in other Rooms do not work. I have to switch the main Tv and main  Q. Box off at the mains to reboot the whole system.. I have a disabled person in the  house who relies on the tv when. They are unable to sleep  often they have. To wait till I get up to reboot the. System before they can watch the TV..the tv just goes off they are watching  something.

Hi @Motty4  have you check the power saving settings for the box for when in standby through the night ?

Hi @Motty4 

First thing to check is that the Q boxes are not in ECO standby.  In this mode the Qboxes enter a deep sleep from 2:30am until 5:45am.

Al boxes need to be in the same setting.  Try Active instead of ECO

To repeat the question from @63johnw ~ what is it now set to? Did you change it before the advice was provided, or do you need to test it tomorrow morning?
