Why cant i access paramount plus. When i tey to log in it doesnt let me

When I try to log in, it reminds me to go through the log in process.

It them doesn't recognise my password.

I then ask for a.password.reminder and it doesn't send it to my email.

I am a sky movies customer which mean si get paramount plus.

That is still correct is it?
