Customer Services are not open 24/7. Perhaps if you explain what Sky Q issue you have we can advise you. Remember this is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here either.

You can talk to someone but the call option is well hidden in the help pages past all the "self help guidance"
