Why can’t I watch Drama channel on Sky Q

I was hoping to watch The Secret Life of Us on the Drama channel on Sky Q but it's asking me to upgrade. I didn't realise this channel was an "add-on".

hi @Tjcnineteen 

Drama is included but you are probably trying to download an HD version without having the HD add on (which is extra)

As the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then iwhen you try to download and watch you could be  prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

BTW Drama is a bit different to many channels as there is not a  HD live channel version but downloads are often now available in HD as well

We already have HD (supposedly added by Sky last week) but am now doubtful this has been done.
