Why can I only watch one Mini box on my 1tb uhd box - my hardware version is 32C006

Hi 

I had my Sky Q1tb UHD box and 3 Mini boxes fitted today however one one Mini box works at any one time? I'm wondering if they could have given me a non-uhd box by accident? The hardware version is 32C006

Hi @Shelly13   You have been given the old 1TB non-UHD box. These are normally reserved for people taking up the free Shy+HD to Sky Q change. Have you taken out a UHD subscription?

Not sure if 'by accident' but they have given you a box that only supports 1 mini.

Hardware version numbers are listed in a table here:

As @MightyQuinn indicates, 32C is the original non-UHD 1TB from early 2016 to late 2019

I'm m sure it wasn't an accidental 'accident' but it definitely wasn't going to be long before I noticed it wasn't what I ordered as only one Mini works!

I'll definitely be complaining!
