Why can I not record ncis Los Angeles series 14 on sky max yet? I can record others on sky max

I was just wondering why you cannot record ncis Los Angeles Series 14. All the episodes are there but It says I need to upgrade to watch It.

Iv put it on standard definition but it still won'trecord, I can record other programs on sky max. So what's the issue with NCIS??

And it's the last ever series. And I can't watch It.

What TV package do you subscribe to, Sky Signature etc  ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
