Where is this error appearing? On the TV screen when watching Sky?

 

and does it say there is a problem with your account or with your connection?

@Tonyabbo if all your Q boxes are working fine and all you are getting is an error on the my sky app when checking the connection i wouldn't worry it may well just be a glitch on the my Sky app there was another person seeing the same thing a few days ago

I've got an error like that on mine I think.
