Why am i getting the message “im watching you”

Hi my firemd is getting a message saying " watching you" on his sky. What does this mean??

He was just lying in bed watching tv and hadn't touched the remote 🤯

Is there anyone else in his house with a remote connected to the box via Bluetooth? It's possible to play a prank by speaking into the remote from a different room and as long as it's connected to the box, whatever is spoken into the remote can appear on the screen like that. 

Or his Sky box is haunted. 👻
