Why I cannot watch a recording on my sky Q box ?

What when I want to watch FBI International on Sky Witness on my Sky Q box it says !!!! The content you have selected cannot be played on this device. I can only watch it on my sky main box.

@Christine+Aresca Did you record it in UHD? If so that might explain why it can only be watched on your main Sky Q box.
