White noise on Sky Q recordings

Hi, can anybody help?

When I record a program I hear nothing but white noise. The picture is perfectly fine 🤔

Worth trying changing the output audio setting

hi @Schoee222 

It does sound like the sound output is set to dolby Digital that your TV (or Sound system) cannot handle so as @Chodley try changing the setting to Normal:
