Whilst I have all my channels I cannot access my recordings, Catch up or on demand.

I am getting a message saying there is a technical fault please try later. This has been going on for more than 24 hours

What have you tried already? A reboot of the Sky Q box solves a lot of little glitches. Let us know if you don't know how to do it.
