Hi @Dave+Banks   You may not be aware that this is a public community forum and not Sky customer services. As fellow customers we have no idea where your card is. Is this a new installation or a replacement card. The card normally arrives a couple of days before or the installer may have spare cards.

yes. The equipment has arrived. But there isn't a card. Unless it comes later? But why would they do that?

Perhaps take a step back and explain what you are having done.

If you were a returning customer then Sky will think you have one already.   Or a card should arrive as explained above (or the installer should have one).

Oh. Yes i am a returning customer. I don't have the old card. I'll call them tomorrow
