My main Sky Q box is in the main bedroom and I have a second one in the living room. When the living room samsung TV broke after nine years I got another and someone set it up for me but while all the apps work upstairs with the bedroom TV they do not work with the new downstairs TV and it is telling me I need to upgrade my subscription. Do I need to sync the sky boxes or something? Also my TV ariel has moved with the storm and I need somoen with a device to move it. Would a Sky engineer do this? How do I cnontact the engineers? Thank you

Thank you. I finally found a phone number for Sky that put me through to a human being and it took her 2 minutes to talk me through the issue. UK number ( I was calling from Wales) . My reply will not allow me to give out the number!!!Once my secondary Q box was properly reactivated it was easy to then get to settings and reset the remote control. I just needed to press ted light on box to turn it green and instead I had been pressing the reset button on the back. I am 60 so I am pretty please this is the first issue where I had to call Sky but the frustration was trying to find a phone number where I could finally be vague enough to get through to a human. After a few language issues ( I think I used the word " yards" ) we steamed through and had it sorted in minutes. Thanks for taking the time to reply . It is a shame I cannot spread the number but I will try using words. Zero, triple three, seven, five, nine, one, zero, one, eight.

@Gina17 I don't see hw changing your TV can affect the apps on Sky Q as there is no link between them other than the tV displaying your Q box on an external HDMI input.
Are you seeing the message on your Q box or your TV's own apps?
