Where can we get a new power pack from please?
Where can we get a new power pack from please? The one with the orange fitting that goes into the back of the sky Q box.

@Darryl+hunt I'm afraid you will, need to call Sky and they will no doubt replace the box as the power brick isn't sold on it's own.

Hi, thank but I've tried calling sky and can't get passed the bleeding automated system! I've spotted one on eBay...will probably go down that route.

If you mean you've seen a Sky Q box advertised on eBay then I'm afraid you'd be purchasing stolen property which won't work anyway.

So, to be pedantic, the ebay merchant offering a Sky Q MK 2 receiver power supply for sale clearly cannot actually be the owner, but I doubt that Sky have the ability to remotely identify and disable this relatively simple device from working.

Very true but an expensive buy if the OP has to buy a complete V2 box just to get the power unit.
Better to phone Sky just after they open, I got straight through, and they will replace the complete box and power unit or just a different box that does not need the separate power unit.
EDIT
Just looked the power units are between £19 and £65, so still dearer than a phone call.
