When warching tv that has been paused it quite often freezes or to where the program actually is, so

So we often miss the ends of programs. When paused it will just start playing randomly when we're not in the room. It won't let us watch certain programs, it just keeps saying 'looks like there's a fault'.

Thought at first it was teething problems but things are starting to get worse.

@Niftynorks Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
