I sent a friend to join sky but he has waited weeks for sky q set up. We was told if you have any cancellations he would get a appointment but haven't heard since.

@G+Rogers No one on the forum will know when any appointments will be made, they should have recieved all relevant info when they signed up. Have they checked their emails?

Please also be aware you're not talking to Sky and even if you were they would not & could not tell you anything about another customers account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
