When I try to start Netflix the red circle just goes round until it times out. I’ve followed all the

Netflix a ometimes it works works but more often doesn't with the circle just going round.

I've also started to experience pixelating on sky TV

I tried to join a chat as was asked but had no response.  Strangely, since posting this and contacting Netflix, the issue seems to be resolved.

 

However, there's now pixelating on nearly all channels, particularly channel 4 and BBC channels.
