When I switch on my TV and Sky i get a blue screen and cant watch Sky or access my recordings

it's my Sky q mini box, I can't access any recordings or watch Sky. In the other room, Sky is working ok but no access to recordings.

Hi @Wilson201   Have you tried rebooting everything, including your broadband router?
