When I’m downloading a to show, I have to cancel it, to watch it

When I downalod a show, I have to wait until it has doenaloded over 40%, then cancel the downalod, and go back to it to watch it... why?

Hi @Rev+David 

If that's 13.5 Mbps then it would take approx 23 minutes to download a 45 min episode in HD.

So this is why you may. have to wait to start watching.

If you are downloading best to use SD

Up until last week though, it has normally come up 'ready to watch' when it gets to 10%....

 

but, now I have to cancel the download and then restart it to watch something at over 50%...
