Sky should send out returns packaging (to the address where the account was active) after you've had time to adapt to Glass, just in case you want to revert back to Q.

If the arrival of packaging is delayed, it’s damaged on arrival or doesn’t arrive it’s the customers responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Which boxes do you have? If you have switched from Sky Q then they will require your main Sky Q box and any Q miniboxes you have in other rooms to be returned, along with their power cables and remotes. Also, any boosters you were loaned.

You should be sent returns packaging in the next few weeks which should detail the boxes on your account which need to be returned.

Plus any Q or Sky Broadband boosters provided to resolve Q television issues (but not any supplied under the terms of the 'Broadband Boost' subscription supplement)
