What is wrong with CNN NEWS AND BBC NEWS reception in Ireland

For the last 2 weeks, the Sky Q BOX receptions for any CNN and BBC NEWS are consistently not working. What is going on ?

Any error messages coming up on the screen?

Yes. It is the one that states that there is something like ' there is now a network disconnect at this time so please wait until it reconnects'.

Nothing is suggested on how to reconnect. 
At times, the screen is left on and it reconnects itself but only for a minute or two. 

There is no connection uninterrupted at all. 
It is only happening on the 2 tv channels mentioned. 
The tv has been turned off with the sky Q box as well many times with no avail. 
Also, how do actually TALK to a person about this problem?

If you end up needing to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
