What is the model number of a sky q box

Hi im trying to set up my bose soundbar with voice 4 video and it needs the manufacturer and the model number. Can anyone help?

Go to Home > Settings > System info > Hardware version.

 

The hardware version being the box model number.

 

Manufacturer would be BSKYB
