Best way to get my regional settings changed so that I can watch look East and Anglia news?

Regional settings are based on your postcode.

Mine are incorrect! I live in Northamptonshire which is East Midlands or Anglia, but my tv is set to West Midlands which is completely wrong.

If your postcode is incorrect then give Sky a call. If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

As with most large companies the start will be automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.

Thank you very much. We are new to Sky and are finding it a little difficult to navigate after years with Virgin. Unfortunately Virgin couldn't reach us in this village so we had to go with Sky.

I appreciate you guiding me in the right direction.
