What do you need to return to sky when they're sending a new mini box?
My mini box has stopped working and sky are sending a replacement. I've to send the old box back with the courier. Do I need to send cables and the remote etc or just the old box?

Sky should send a new mini box and possibly a new power cable and remote. As long as the courier leaves your doorstep with the equivalent of what they leave you it doesn't matter if you return the old cable and remote or the new.
