What do I need to send back to exchange my sky q box

I am swapping my sky q box for a new sky q box, what do I need to send back? Just the box? Or remote and cables too? If so which cables?

hi @Mcg37

In theory you need to return the power cable, HDMI cable & Remote with the old box

In practice you can return the ones that come in the box rather than mess around with the oold ones

Note, however, if you have a 2TB box that some have a different power cable and come with a separate power supply - If you have one you should send that - if you don't have one check if the replacemen box does need it ( a small round socket at the back of the box rather than a standard figure of  8   - if so make sure you get the power supply  with the replacement box (check the packaging that courier brings)

You should have everything ready for when the courier arrives ready for the switch

Do not forget to take out & keep your Viewing card from your old box
