What a Disgrace @Skyuk @SkyHelpTeam I have sent all my sky products back and received confirmation from them that the returns were in the way. But now they saying they didn’t get the Sky Q Box although all
Items were in one box as they had advised and sent out.

@BradleyP17 if you have proof that the items were returned then you have nothing to worry about
Have they actually charged you a non return fee?
