Welcome to Derry latest episode

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue,  but the latest episode of Welcome to Derry (episode 5)  is just a grey picture, when downloaded in UHD. Hd seems fine. Other UHD downloads seem fine.

UHD/HDR episode seems OK
