We’ve withdrawn service on your skyq box

I have been dealing with this for o er 10 days. Received new Sky box today. Everything set up, but viewing card taking long to pair. 

Called Sky technical and Went through all the fault finding. Everything fine upto last step pairing viewing card. 5, 10, 20 minutes later. Call back arranged for a few hours to check if pairing was successful, but now message states We've withdrawn service on your SkyQ box.

called Sky technical, who have now booked an engineer to come and look at it. I am so frustrated!!!

@MILTON5 I bet but it seems like Sky are doing all they can to sort this for you.
