We've lost the Kids channels

Hi

First time on here, but almost impossible to get through any other route

I've recently finished a free trial period of sky movies, but couldn't justify the extra cost a month, while thats finished we've now lost the kids channels we had previously. We're on the Signature package if that helps anyone

Any ideas ?

Hi @Anon16   Do you still have Sky Kids on your future bills? On your Sky Q box under My Sky.

@Anon16

The Kids channel offer may have been dependent on you keeping Sky Cinema?

Re: We've lost the Kids channels

Hi

Many thanks for replying on this

I probably wasn't overly clear on my original, but we never ( as far as I know ! ) subscribed to the kids channels separately, but always had access, but after the movies were cancelled we now cant get them

Cheers

@Anon16

In that case it sounds like the Movies and Kids channels were linked together on the trial.

Hi @Anon16   Perhaps they have finally caught up with you. Sky Kids is a separate subscription.

Re: We've lost the Kids channels

So if we had them before and they've now gone ( oh and monthly bill unchanged ! ) then surely I should get them back again ?

Whats the best route to contact sky ?

@Anon16
You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
