3 mini boxes aren't connected to sky box and saved recordings are not showing

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

try booting each mini starting with the closest to your main box then the next closest
