We returned our sky Q hub via royal mail but you keep telling me I've not returned it and saying you

We returned our sky Q hub when we upgraded as requested by sky but you keep emailing me telling me to return it or get charged £50... Not impressed

If you’ve retained your proof of posting we can hopefully get you some help on the forum. If you haven’t kept it then any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.
