We recently left sky, I sent the boxes back recorded delivery, and have recently been charged for th

We left sky a few months ago, I sent the boxes back recorded delivery, however, received messages saying they hadn't been sent. Sky have now taken £124 from our account. 
I need to dispute this.

Do you have the proof of delivery receipt because if you do we can arrange some help via here for you if you would like ?
