We are having connectivity problems with sky Q and sky Q mini boxes and the hub we have done all the checks multiple time. Also are boosters aren't working!

We're having the same issue. All checks say it's ok, we're connected, no issues in the area, but numerous times it loses connection. No wifi signal etc. It's so frustrating, paying for a service and all I can watch are freebies channels without disruption. I can't even use the apps!
