We installed upgrades on our sky box yesterday with the help of a technician. Not working now

We upgraded the sky box yesterday with the help of a technician. It was working fine and now it says this screen does not support HDCP. How can we fix this ?

Hi @KW10 

This sometimes occurs particularly when using earlier TV set models.

Normally powering the TV set off (not the Q box)  and then back on again will clear the issue
