We have a q box and a mini qbox . Netflix available on main tv but not on minibox . Just has the red

Hi we have 2 Q boxes and on the mini q box my daughter uses Netflix refuses to load Unlike on the main  q box.  any solutions most welcome

Hi @Rob1511 

First make sure your Mini box and main box are on the same software version.
However bear if mind that when you select Setup (in Setting - System info - Software version) the message received will always be update this box with the latest software even if the box is already on the latest version.
Updating when already on the latest version achieves nothing and the box software is not refreshed.
All Q boxes and minis should be on the same software version.
