We have SkyQ and 3 mini boxes and cannot access any apps eg IPlayer, Netflix, Apple tv or download a

We currently cannot open any Apps eg Netflix, Apple TV, Player etc or download any content. We can only watch live or recorded Sky programmes. Our WiFi us working well. What do we do?
