We had a sky Q box fitted yesterday and although the tv comes on to menu , there is no picture or sound

was it working yesterday when the engineer fitted it?

Have you tried changing the input on the TV? (Or trying the home and Sky buttons for send CEC signal)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
