We had a power cut and now my sky box isn’t working

We had a power cut in the house on and off again and now the sky isn't coming on. The other on the box is green but no picture on the screen at all and the Home Screen is just black nothing at all showing

Hi @Jen12031986   "The other on the box"? Do you mean the light on the box is green? I would try turning off the power for 5 minutes and then see if it boots OK.

Thanks for the reply. Yes that's what I meant. Tried all the usual things.. turning tv and sky box off for 5mins etc but no luck not sure what to try next. The tv itself is going on but no sky or even "normal tv" so maybe il wrong thinking it's a sky problem ?!

When you say "the Home Screen is just black", do you mean that you can see Sky information but nothing else? If you mean that there is just nothing there at all, I suspect that your tv HDMI input has defaulted to one that is not connected to the Sky box. Try changing the HDMI input using your tv's remote
