I have the same problem, do you have a third party broadband like me?

I believe it's the clash of locations ( ip address ) between Sky Q box and the internet hub but it's still on going

"It seems to be an ongoing issue with my Sky Q box not updating my correct geolocation" ...that's a quote from a friend

I'm about to ring again

I still haven't been able to download ANY program on Sky because of " Failed, Location Check Failed "

This is a problem at Sky end because my third party broadband's ip address is not recognised

It is easily resolved if the white list is updated with my ISPs ip address

An engineer is booked for August which he will probably make a phone call to add my ISPs ip address

Can anyone at Sky HELP  resolve this before the middle of August

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch.

they may not be able to help but hopefully can

Please see this link re the escalation and what you might see:

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
