“We can’t connect to your broadband router”

BT broadband working perfectly but SkyQ box says "can't connect" and going through the Netork Connection>Reset process, it won't accept the "Confirm" instruction to the "Are you sure you want to continue?".   Only other option is "cancel".  Have switched off and on and reset router but nothing works.  Help!

Unplugging QBox and plugging back in fixed it!

I've had that before. Massively annoying. Random and got it to work in the end but no idea how.

Can't connect to broadband tried to change WiFi password
