BT broadband working perfectly but SkyQ box says "can't connect" and going through the Netork Connection>Reset process, it won't accept the "Confirm" instruction to the "Are you sure you want to continue?". Only other option is "cancel". Have switched off and on and reset router but nothing works. Help!

Unplugging QBox and plugging back in fixed it!
