As stated above we are paying for HD but have lost all HD on terrestrials channels,

@GeorgeP1  As BBC & ITV are FTA you'te not actually paying for these at all.

 

In any cae have you rebooted the Sky Q box?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
