I am getting the above error message when I try to access sky catch up TV.
I have unpluged, turned off, left it for an hour, Changed my preference is to SD but still the error message comes up and I can't access or download catch up TV programmes .
Just wondering if there is something I've missed, or have sky changed their subscriptions to not include catch up TV.

Catch-up uses broadband, so the most likely explanation relates to that.
