Discussion topic: We are experiencing pixilating and green blocks on any of the apps via our sky box.

We are experiencing pixilating and green blocks on any of the apps via our sky box.

This only happens with our Sky Q Box.

It doesnt happen viewing through our Smart TV.

We have followed everything your website suggests.

Our Broadband is Virgin and currently shows 

35 Ms response time

646 mbps download speed

62 mbps upload speed 

 

All cables have been removed inspected and reconnected.

Hi @Murbs1 

I suspect this is a Q box fault.

I have had similar in the past and it needed a box swap.

Best to contact Sky for an Engineer
