Went to BT a week ago it's not good at all ,so I'm wondering to go back to sky I've still got all the kit,
I hope that it would be still in the 14days period.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Hannah1659 You will need to call Sky to do this. You would also need to call your current povider to initiate the cancellation (in the case of TV as Sky can't do this).
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
